Then Find a 1 rep Max in 3-4 attempts. PR CITY!!
Max for today was 345#. Does not beat my PR of 365# from a year ago.

Finished 3 rounds + 20 KBS. I don't like running, probably because I'm old and slow and it takes a toll on these kinds of workouts.
