Back Squat
Work up to heavy 3, then 6x3 at that weight.
Shoot for +5-10 pounds over last Tuesday.

Worked up to 280# (+5)
Got 4 rounds at that weight before running out of time
For Time
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Hand release push ups
10 KBS between  each set of push ups
