Worked from 75# to 95, 105, 115, 125, 135, and finished at 145#.

10 burpees
10 HSPU
8 Strict Pull-ups
12 Alternating pistols
I finished 3 full rounds and 10 more burpees. This WOD highlighted that I need to continue working on improving my range of motion on HSPU.
