With a partner.
Partner 1 does max push-ups while partner 2 runs a suicide shuttle, then switch. 3 rounds of each for each partner (6 total). Score is total push-ups.

Strict press
Started this at 95#. Painful. Went to 105#, much worse. Stopped and worked on squat cleans.
