Dropped in at CrossFit Mount Laurel to get my barbell on. Great time working out with Katie and getting coached by Lauren Fiske (one of the coaches from my CF Weightlifting cert last year).

Lifted 135#, 225#, 255, 275#, 295#, 305# based on 360# 1RM.
