Paleo Challenge Day 4

  
I am getting the knack of this, I think. I built this masterpiece with grilled chicken, spinach, green, red, and yellow peppers, cucumber and olive oil. A bit of fruit on the side sweetens the deal. 

Four days with no Diet Coke, too. A couple small headaches, but nothing like the last time I tried to quit. I think the secret is drinking LOTS of water.

The scale likes the new diet, too. Hoping that this continues through to our next weigh-in on Monday.
