Paleo challenge starts next week

  
30 days of modified eating, measurement, journaling, and workouts starts Monday. The plan is to follow the paleo diet as closely as possible and improve my sleep and trainging schedule. What's paleo? Lots of protein and veggies and fruit. Very little bread or starch. Those who have seen me diet before will know how much a little competition drives me. 30 days.
