Front Squat
3-3-3-3, 3s pause at bottom of each rep
Worked from 135# up to 185#. The pause at the bottom made these quite difficult.

Finished this is 13:10. The surprising thing today was getting all 5x3 wall climbs unbroken. These usually gas me out very fast, but I was able to just go this time.
