Back at Crossfit Somerville for a WOD that looked harmless but left me on the floor gasping for air.

Strength
Handstand work
This was a mix of wall climbs, kick ups, and freestanding handstand practice.

Finished in 10:50. The first 2 rounds felt good, then the suck started.
